We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process easy.
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than eenour.com, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.

The return service is currently available to US orders only.

Returns at the Convenience of the Customer

  • This is limited to within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please be sure to contact us at email Support@eenour.com in advance.
  • If an item is returned without prior notification, the return will be refused. Please understand
    this in advance.
  • We will check the situation when the customer contacts us in advance. Depending on the contents,
    we may not be able to accept the return.
  • Our company is not subject to the cooling-off period (unconditional cancellation) stipulated by
    the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Cooling-off is not available on this site.
Cases in which returns are refused
  • Products for which the product package has been opened (including accessories)
  • Reasons such as the product appearance is different from the image
  • Deterioration of the product box and the reason that the slip is directly affixed to the box.
  • Products with scratches or stains caused by customer handling
  • Products that are marked “non-returnable” in advance
  • Initial defective products for which the exchangeable period has significantly elapsed (will be
    repaired)
  • Other cases in which we deem that we are unable to respond to the request.
Return
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a courier service that can
    confirm delivery status.

Refund Policy

Refund methods will vary depending on the payment method used for the purchase.

credit card

  • The date of our return processing is the approximate date of cancellation of the charge to your
    credit card company. If your credit card company’s closing date has passed, your refund will be
    made on the next debit date.

Bank transfer, postal transfer

  • We will transfer the money to the account in the name of the person who placed the order.

Internet bank, ATM payment, convenience store payment

  • We will transfer the money to the account in the name of the person who placed the order.

Cash on Delivery

  • We will transfer the money to the account in the name of the recipient.
  • For the return of US orders, we’ll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users) + shipping cost.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Contact EENOUR Support at support@enour.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

About initial defects

If a product purchased from the online store “eenour.com” is malfunctioning, missing, misprinted, or
badly stained, we will replace or repair it as soon as possible.

(1) Replacement period for initial defects

The period during which the product can be exchanged for an initial defective product should be
reported as soon as possible after the product is received, unless a specific period is specified in
the manufacturer’s warranty card.

(2) Flow of initial defective product replacement

Replacements due to initial defects will be handled at the shipping address specified at the time of
order.

When we deliver a new set of products, we will pick up your existing set of products at the same
time.

*Please check in advance for the following products before requesting an exchange.

  • If the manufacturer recognizes the product as defective in the initial stage

    1. We will accept exchanges.
    2. List of manufacturer’s contact information
  • Portable power supplies, generators, solar panels, etc.

    1. If we are unable to determine the symptoms of the initial defect, we will refer you to
      the manufacturer’s support.
    2. For products with the LCD protection film already attached, only the product itself that
      is initially defective can be exchanged.
    3. Products purchased at other stores cannot be exchanged at any time, even if they have
      already been installed on the product itself.
    4. The version of the product you receive may differ from the version shown on this
      website, but we cannot accept returns for this reason.
    5. Symptoms such as slight pixel loss, constantly lit pixels, uneven color or brightness
      depending on the angle, etc. are not recognized as initial defects by the manufacturer
      and cannot be replaced.
    6. We will not accept any exchanges other than for products that have a manufacturer’s
      warranty and are not initially defective.
    7. If it is difficult to arrange for the relevant product at the time of exchange, the
      product will be “repaired” or “returned” to the customer.
    8. Please check with the support center listed on the product for any initial defects or
      comments such as scratches on the product itself, paint defects, missing parts, etc.
    9. Since the package is a protective material for the product itself, it is not eligible
      for exchange or return, except for damage that may affect the product itself.
    10. For products with LCD protective film already attached, only the product itself that is
      initially defective can be exchanged.
  • Please contact the manufacturer’s support in advance to confirm the initial defect.
  • After confirming the details of the initial defect, please contact our support center. When
    you contact us, we will provide you with information on how to return the product.

    2. *We cannot accept items without prior notification. Please understand this in advance.
    3. *When returning the product, please be sure to include the warranty card and
      accessories, and return the product in the box in which it was packaged.
    4. *If you do not contact us for a long period of time after confirming the initial defect,
      we may not be able to accept your order.
  • After confirming the defective part, we will promptly send a replacement product. If there is
    no abnormality, we will contact the customer and return the product.

    1. *Same model exchange may not be available for limited or sold-out products. In such
      cases, the product will be repaired or refunded.

(3) Items that cannot be accepted as initial defects

The following products are not subject to initial defect replacement.

  • Products purchased outside of eenour.com
  • Products returned without prior notice
  • Products that are damaged or scratched after delivery
  • Junk and bulk items Items without manufacturer’s warranty due to loss, etc.
  • Consumables such as batteries and ink Products that have been tampered with, adjusted
    improperly, or had parts replaced
  • When the manufacturer does not treat it as an initial defect, such as constant lighting of the
    LCD display, dot missing, etc.
  • Replacement request from a person other than the purchaser
  • *Other requests may not be met.

The following is a list of the items that will be exchanged for a defective product.

We will not be able to return any items other than the complete set of products delivered with your
return shipment. Please be aware of this.
