All EENOUR products are delivered free of charge nationwid in US.
If there is an order demand for outlying islands, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. Otherwise, the order cannot be delivered normally and will be canceled.
The delivery method shall be the method specified by EENOUR and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.
As a general rule, we do not accept date or time specifications.
However, if for some reason you wish to specify the delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accept your request after your order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.
Shipment Processing Time
EENOUR uses a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure delivery to the customer.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Basically, it will arrive in 7 days after delivery is completed. (In some cases, such as weather reason, it may take 10 days.)
This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

EENOUR orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories).
Damage during shipping, etc.
Although we take great care when preparing for shipment to prevent scratches and dents on the outer box, there is still a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after being handed over to the delivery company due to some trouble or the delivery company’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
