FAQs
Because the machine is maintaining the set temperature in this way. Small temp fluctuations will not influence your result. But if there is a large fluctuation, pls reach us for a replacement machine or send you a new heating attachment.

There are 2 reasons: 1. The diameter of the heater is not adjusted, so the handle cannot be pulled down completely. 2. The countdown trigger is not in the correct position. Here is an instruction video to help you fix it on the product page.
It may be that the screws are loose. Please tighten the screws, and then the handle will work properly. Here also is an instruction video on the product page.
Please don't worry, this may be caused by logistics, it can be fixed by tightening the screws, and it will not affect normal use. If you have any questions, please let us know , and we will respond and deal with them soon, and make you happy.
Customer reviews
I found this tumbler press and was a little skeptical because it was inexpensive and a brand that I couldn't find anywhere else. But I took the plunge and bought it anyway and I am so glad I did.
The only con that I can think of is that for long press times, I have to sit there and hold the button to change the temp to longer times forever.
The adjustment knobs are great. I can get any size tumbler in the press by just turning the knobs.
Heat is consistent and once I found out what setting to use for my tumbler pressing needs and sublimating beautifully, I haven't strayed and get perfect tumblers every time.
The smell is a little invasive but my family knows that its just a short term thing and it results in a pretty tumbler for someone.
AND the customer service and follow up from them has been great. I hadn't had any problems but they contacted me to show their appreciation for my purchase and sent me some purple heat tape which I will be using tonight on one of my tumblers.
Get this press if you are not interested in paying a butt load of money for something that you can get for so much less.
Received for Christmas but just now using it. Followed instructions to a T and it will not heat up. Changed fuse, still nothing. Won't save my 385 degrees, only shows 485 degrees for 60 seconds. I think they sent me a bad press with a broken heating element my luck I probably received a broken return since it seems Flatley I'm getting used returned items from Amazon. I'm so upset I didn't get a chance to test this when I first got it, now I can't return it. I went to the website in the manual and it's some Japanese site for solar panels. WTH? Cannot even contact seller.

I used to sublimate mugs & tumblers in my convection oven, but very slowly. I didn’t even know the tumbler press machine until I stumbled across it randomly. I researched online, watched many recommendation videos, and compared many brands. Finally, I decided to try this new brand, the price is good and I really love its color.
The day it was delivered, I was excited and immediately opened it and tried it. I did 20oz skinny sublimation tumblers and 11oz mugs, and they came out perfect; I love this machine. It heats up faster than my old convection oven or any other heat presses that I own. The pressure can be adjustable. I will make sure a very tight tension, and enough heating time on my tumbler to avoid ghosting.
If your tumblers have ghosting, I suggest you make sure your wrap is tighter and taped over the top lip and down around the bottom, and more pressure to help prevent ghosting. If you used butcher paper to protect your mug press, I learned that it needs to press the tumbler for a little longer to make up for the fact that the paper was creating a barrier. I hope this helps! Y'all check out this awesome press, I'm seriously obsessed with it now!
Another thing that I love about this brand is its customer service. They are very nice and sweet. After I received it, they reached out to me and tell me many using notes, very helpful for me. The instructions manual is also easy to read with operation pictures, very easy to follow & very straightforward.
Overall, this tumbler press does an excellent job of heating fast and evenly across the press, with precise temp and timer settings. The quality seems good, so far I have used it over 10 times, and everything works well.
I think I just found my newest addiction. Everyone's getting a fancy mug this year!
This heat press is so much easier.
I spend half the time.
I dont have to worry about getting burned when flipping.
It heats evenly.
I gets the project done right.
A bonus is that it looks cute on my crafting table!
This was a great upgrade.
I just wish I bought this one first.
