EENOUR Tumbler Mug Heat Press Machine CH2242

Used this press twice and now it won’t heat up! Have a different press that has pressed over 2000 tumblers and we haven’t had a problem but this one is junk!

I got this press after I had invested in one of those 5-in 1 presses with the cup press. I couldn't get my tumblers to come out even after suggestions on how to use a short mug press.
I found this tumbler press and was a little skeptical because it was inexpensive and a brand that I couldn't find anywhere else. But I took the plunge and bought it anyway and I am so glad I did.
The only con that I can think of is that for long press times, I have to sit there and hold the button to change the temp to longer times forever.

The adjustment knobs are great. I can get any size tumbler in the press by just turning the knobs.

Heat is consistent and once I found out what setting to use for my tumbler pressing needs and sublimating beautifully, I haven't strayed and get perfect tumblers every time.

The smell is a little invasive but my family knows that its just a short term thing and it results in a pretty tumbler for someone.

AND the customer service and follow up from them has been great. I hadn't had any problems but they contacted me to show their appreciation for my purchase and sent me some purple heat tape which I will be using tonight on one of my tumblers.

Get this press if you are not interested in paying a butt load of money for something that you can get for so much less.

Love this tumbler press! Holds the temp within 3°. Really like that timer automatically starts when you close the press. I have pressed 50 tumblers in it so far with no issues. Highly recommend this tumbler!

I received the first press and it didn't turn on. But I wrote to the company and did a return through Amazon. EENOUR got back to me in less than 24 hours and I received my replacement within 2 days. They followed up to make sure I didn't have any other issues. The new replacement/new machine has been working like a champ. Highly recommend. Customer service is to notch.

Received it quickly and was packed very nice for shipping which is NOT always the case through Amazon. Have only used 1 x so far but was easy to set up and result was good with a sublimation tumbler. After it gets more regular use, I will put up another review. The customer service is nice- reaching out to see if all goodwith press.

Updated. I changed from 1 star to 4 star, based on customer service. I was fully refunded.

Received for Christmas but just now using it. Followed instructions to a T and it will not heat up. Changed fuse, still nothing. Won't save my 385 degrees, only shows 485 degrees for 60 seconds. I think they sent me a bad press with a broken heating element my luck I probably received a broken return since it seems Flatley I'm getting used returned items from Amazon. I'm so upset I didn't get a chance to test this when I first got it, now I can't return it. I went to the website in the manual and it's some Japanese site for solar panels. WTH? Cannot even contact seller.

I have used this one from a friend to make 30 oz to 12 oz tumblers (stainless steel & glass) and they always turned out amazing. 100 times better than mine in a counter convection oven. I decided to jump the gun and purchase one myself for my small business. It did come in damaged (the sleeve was misaligned slightly causing the hinge to catch and press into the mug portion itself). I started the exchange process with Amazing and the customer service from Eenour is by far the best experience I have had! Winnie (rep) was so kind and gave great assistance, staying in constant contact with me, to ensure I was happy. I decided to upgrade to their double tumbler press instead of the single (GAME CHANGER) and overall extremely happy with the company, quality, and customer service! Don't waste your time baking them in an oven like I did for years, invest in a real press! Buy this machine that is made to do what you are looking for!

This press is perfect! Adjustable pressure, easy time n temp set up, comfortable handle, and the end results are flawless! I used time and temp suggested in manual and got perfect results! This company also has stellar customer service! I’ll be continuing to shop with them!

Love this machine. Everything about it is perfect. The size doesn't take up too much space. It's easy to use and the instructions are simple. The alarm volume has no control and is a bit high pitch. You might want to change that for users with PTSD. The high purchase alarm is disturbing and unnecessary. There really isn't much else I would change on this machine. It works great and is an incredible learning tool for a beginner. Pre heat is recommended to remove that new smell.

I am not sure on this one yet. It seems the temperature is not consistent. I set at 400 and it was showing hotter. I turned temp down but it scorched my tumbler in one spot
